Hugh P. Quinn is the principal of Quinn Forensics. Located in the D.C. metro area, Quinn Forensics provides consulting services regarding economic damages, forensic accounting, internal investigations, fraud investigations, and litigation support services to law firms, corporations, and individuals. Hugh has provided business and litigation consulting services for a variety of clients, including government 
contractors, software manufacturers, investment bankers, reinsurance companies, and senior living communities.
Hugh’s experience of over 27 years spans both the legal and financial arenas. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is also admitted into the Bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Hugh received his Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver. Lastly, he received his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center.
